Your Role
As a Business Development Intern at Brainamics, you will jointly work with our CEO on a variety of topics that enable our further rapid growth. You contribute with your strong business sense, strategic reasoning and communication skills in topics such as our upcoming seed round, HR, marketing & sales and strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and models, prepare and execute a VC Seed-Round in Q3 2022.
- Sourcing candidates for our open positions, filtering inbound applicants and performing first interviews.
- All sorts of marketing activities, covering performance marketing, website development or testing and usage of sales tools/softwares.
- B2B Sales: Perform online pitches with potential customers and/or promote Brainamics at offline events, such as the Gamescom.
- Establish and continuously improve our business intelligence machinery including all relevant KPIs, automated reporting and database management.
- Jointly work on various strategic topics with our CEO.
Your Profile
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in Business, Economics, Psychology or any related field.
- Experience in at least two of the above mentioned topics.
- Exceptional academic track record.
- Experience in a high-performance environment and the ability to excel under pressure.
